2. After Application: Verification of Progress & Items
To protect your privacy, Money101 does not have access to your personal data or credit card transaction details. To confirm if you have met the spending requirements or to verify the specific gift for your application period, we recommend that the cardholder contact the issuing bank's customer service directly.

3. Redemption Process & Reward Timeline
Verification & SMS Notification: Once eligibility is confirmed, the bank will send a redemption SMS to your mobile number within 8 to 16 weeks.
How to Redeem:
E-Vouchers: Please log in to the Money101 Member Center. As the system does not store this information indefinitely, we recommend taking a screenshot or saving the link and password for your records.
Physical Gifts: Delivery will be completed within approximately 25 working days after the shipping form is submitted. If you have not received your gift by then, please contact us.
Other Services: For any issues regarding physical products, please contact the manufacturer (details found in your confirmation email) within 7 days of receipt.
