How to redeem your reward?

Here’s how you can redeem your reward after participating in a credit card activity:

1. Receive the Redemption SMS:
   • The bank will send a redemption SMS to the mobile number saved in your bank account within 8-16 weeks from the settlement date of the second bill.
   • Tip: Confirm that your mobile phone number is correct in the bank’s records to ensure you receive the redemption SMS.
2. Click the Redemption Link:
   • In the SMS, click on the link starting with "https://m101.org". This will direct you to the M101 website.
3. Read the Redemption Process:
   • Once on the M101 website, read the redemption instructions carefully, then click "I understand" to proceed.
4. Select Your Reward:
   • Choose the reward you want from the available options. After clicking "Receive Reward", the gift will be bound to your account and cannot be changed.
5. Additional Notes:
   • If it is a multiple-choice event, all available options will appear on the same page. If you have any questions, please contact Money101. Once selected, the reward is bound to your account and cannot be changed.
   • If the gift option shows "replenishment in progress", wait until replenishment is completed before making another selection.
   • If you cannot see the full gift name, adjust your device’s browser display ratio, or open the link on a different device, like a computer.
6. Log in or Register:
   • Log in as a Money101 member or register if you haven’t already. It's recommended to register with your email address.
7. E-mail Verification:
   • Enter the E-mail Address to complete E-mail verification. 
8. Redeem Your Reward:
   • After successfully logging in, go to "Your Rewards" and click "Redeem Now".
   • You will receive an exclusive "Redemption Code". Click "Redeem Reward" to proceed to the Senao Life Page or Edenred Voucher Page.
9. Fill in Shipping Information:
   • On the redemption page, fill in your shipping details. After successfully submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.

Here's how you can redeem Senao:

1. Read the Instructions:
   • Carefully read the activity methods and precautions.
2. Enter Redemption Information:
   • Input the 8-digit "Redemption Serial Number" and your shipping information, then click "Confirm Send".
3. Agree to Become a Senao Life Member:
   • If you’re not already a member, agree to become one. If you’re already registered, the system will skip this step.
4. Mobile Verification:
   • Complete the mobile SMS verification and click "Confirm to Send".
5. Complete Redemption:
   • Once completed, you can log in to Senao Life and check the order shipping status in the member center.
