The personal information that members fill in when applying for a credit card is received by the bank, so Money101 will not have your personal information and account information. The reward eligibility will be reviewed by each bank and a redemption link will be sent via SMS/email. If you need to confirm whether you are eligible for the reward, please contact the bank.
If you lose the redemption SMS, you can call the bank’s customer service staff to confirm that you are eligible for the reward and ask the bank to resend it to you.
