The eligibility for rewards is determined by each bank. Once approved, the bank will send you a redemption link via SMS or email.
What if I lose the redemption SMS/email?
If you lose the redemption message:
- Contact the bank’s customer service to confirm your eligibility for the reward.
- Request the bank to resend the redemption SMS or email.
