Once you successfully apply for an eligible credit card through Money101 and meet the bank’s requirements for the new customer / new card first-spend reward, the bank will send a reward redemption SMS to the mobile number you have registered with them within 8–16 weeks, starting from the statement date of the next billing cycle. (Please make sure the mobile number you registered with the bank is correct!)
If you have already met the first-spend reward requirements and more than 8–16 weeks have passed since the statement date of the next billing cycle, please contact the bank’s customer service to confirm whether the redemption SMS has been sent.
Please click the exclusive offer link in the SMS. You will be directed to the Money101 website. Complete the following three steps to redeem your welcome gift online:
Step 1 – Choose the new customer first-spend reward you would like to redeem.
Step 2 – Log in or register as a Money101 member. The gift will be assigned to your member account. Click “Redeem Now.”
Step 3 – Click “Redeem Reward” to complete the redemption.
• For e-vouchers, enter the redemption code.
• For physical gifts, enter the delivery information and redemption code on the redemption page.
Important Notes
Please redeem your gift on the Money101 website within the validity period. Expired rewards will be considered forfeited and cannot be reissued.
Once a reward has been selected and redeemed, it cannot be changed.
For physical gifts, please note that you must fill in the delivery information on the redemption page before the redemption deadline.
In case of stock shortage, discontinuation, or other force majeure events, Money101 reserves the right to replace the gift with an alternative item.
